Familybox.store Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The Familybox.store gift card is valid exclusively for purchases in our online store: www.familybox.store.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.

The balance of the gift card can be checked by making a request through the chat on our website familybox.store or through our service channels (Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook).
Unused balance will remain available for future purchases.

Familybox.store is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
It is recommended to treat the gift card as cash.

The gift card cannot be used to make installment payments.
The gift card is not valid for discounted purchases or promotions unless otherwise noted.

Purchases made with gift cards are subject to our return policy . Any refunds for returned items will be credited back to the gift card used for purchase.
In the event of a return of an order partially paid for with a gift card and another payment method, the alternative payment method will be refunded first and the remaining balance will be refunded to the gift card.
If the gift card was purchased through one of our partners, the refund must be processed through the partner.

Familybox.store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The modifications will be effective upon publication on our website.
