- Use of the Gift Card
- The Familybox.store gift card is valid exclusively for purchases in our online store: www.familybox.store.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
- Activation and Expiration
- The gift card will be activated at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards have no expiration date and can be used at any time.
- Balance and Inquiries
- The balance of the gift card can be checked by making a request through the chat on our website familybox.store or through our service channels (Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook).
- Unused balance will remain available for future purchases.
- Loss, Theft or Damage
- Familybox.store is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
- It is recommended to treat the gift card as cash.
- Limitations of Use
- The gift card cannot be used to make installment payments.
- The gift card is not valid for discounted purchases or promotions unless otherwise noted.
- Returns and Refunds
- Purchases made with gift cards are subject to our return policy . Any refunds for returned items will be credited back to the gift card used for purchase.
- In the event of a return of an order partially paid for with a gift card and another payment method, the alternative payment method will be refunded first and the remaining balance will be refunded to the gift card.
- If the gift card was purchased through one of our partners, the refund must be processed through the partner.
- Modifications
- Familybox.store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The modifications will be effective upon publication on our website.
