FamilyBox continues delivering: post-earthquake updates Venezuela

Our team continues working to keep deliveries active and support the communities affected by the recent earthquake in Venezuela.

We want to share with you the current status of our operations:

📦 Delivery Status

 Caracas: we continue making deliveries as usual.

 Starting Monday, June 29, we will resume deliveries in the majority of the national territory as routes and access conditions continue to normalize.

⚠️ At the moment, we do not have access to La Guaira (Vargas) state due to current conditions. As soon as it is possible to resume operations in that area, we will inform our customers.

❤️ We also want to help

In addition to keeping our operations active, at FamilyBox we are collaborating with collection centers that are receiving aid for affected people.

If you wish to make a donation, you can do so very easily:

  • Add the products you want to donate to your cart.

  • In the Recipient field, write "Collection Center".

  • We will deliver your order to the nearest collection center that needs it.

If you wish, we can also send you photos of the delivery for your peace of mind.

In times like these, every contribution counts and every gesture can make a difference.
