General Description: It is a light, modern, and very refreshing sparkling wine. Made in the heart of Penedès (Spain) using the traditional method (bottle fermentation), it stands out for its freshness and its fine bubble that elegantly lingers in the glass.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Pale yellow color with bright gleams. Its bubble is fine and forms a lasting crown.

• On the nose: It is very fruity. Citrus fruit aromas predominate (lemon, grapefruit) and white fruits (pear, apple), with a subtle touch of bakery notes thanks to its aging.
• On the palate: It is clean and light. It has a balanced acidity that makes it feel very fresh, with a soft and dry finish.

Composition and Production

• Varieties: A classic blend of the three native grapes: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada.

• Aging: Between 12 and 18 months on lees (contact with its sediment).
• Alcohol Content: 11.5% vol.
