FamilyBox.Store’s Refund policy
Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds after your order is shipped.
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason at all, FamilyBox.store will give you a full refund. Usually orders ship the same day or next business day before noon once your order is shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or Exchange since there are no return logistics available in Venezuela.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at contacto@familybox.store requesting a refund, and your order will not be shipped. If you used Paypal as a Payment method, you will receive the funds in your Paypal account in 24 to 48 hours. If you used a credit card, please wait an additional day.
If your chosen payment method was Zelle transfer, please specified the email address linked to your Zelle, and we will make the refund in 24 to 48 hours.
Store Credit:
As an option, you can get your refund in store credit, please specify it in your email.
Missing items:
If your order is delivered incomplete or there are some missing items, please notify us inmediately and we will send the missing items to the addressee in Venezuela at no cost to you.
Deffective items:
If any of the items in your order is deffective, please notify us inmediately and we will send replacement items to the addressee in Venezuela at no cost to you.
